Community Guidelines
Prime Live is a global community. These guidelines exist to keep everyone safe, respected, and able to enjoy the platform.
Treat every person on Prime Live with basic respect, regardless of their background, nationality, or beliefs. We celebrate diversity and inclusion.
- Engage in friendly, constructive conversations
- Celebrate differences in culture, language, and background
- Offer support and encouragement to creators
- Disagree respectfully without being insulting
The safety of minors is our absolute top priority. Any content that endangers children will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to law enforcement.
- No sexual content involving or directed at minors
- No grooming behaviour or inappropriate contact with minors
- No content that exploits, endangers, or harms children
- Minors (under 18) are not permitted to create accounts
Everyone deserves to feel safe on Prime Live. We have zero tolerance for behaviour that intimidates, threatens, or demeans other users.
- Sending threatening, abusive, or intimidating messages
- Coordinated attacks or pile-ons against specific users
- Repeated unwanted contact after being blocked
- Publishing private information about others (doxxing)
- Encouraging others to harm someone
Content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on any of the following characteristics is not permitted.
- Race, ethnicity, or national origin
- Religion or belief system
- Gender or gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Disability or health condition
- Age, immigration status, or socioeconomic background
Prime Live is an entertainment platform for adults. While content for adults is permitted in appropriate contexts, explicit content is not allowed.
- Entertainment, music, dance, gaming, and lifestyle content
- Cultural and educational content
- Social conversations and friendly interactions
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
- Graphic violence or gore
- Content promoting self-harm or suicide
- Drug use or promotion of illegal substances
Do not use Prime Live to deceive, manipulate, or exploit other users financially or otherwise.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Phishing, scamming, or fraudulent schemes
- False claims about giveaways or prizes
- Promoting third-party services or products without permission
- Impersonating Prime Live staff or official accounts
Be genuine. Prime Live works best when users are authentic and honest about who they are.
- Impersonating other people, celebrities, or creators
- Creating fake accounts to evade bans
- Using misleading profile photos or names to deceive users
- Operating automated accounts (bots) without permission
The Diamond and Beans system must be used honestly and for its intended purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit the gift/earnings system
- Buying or selling accounts, Diamonds, or Beans outside official channels
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes
- Using third-party tools to generate virtual currency
π¨ How We Enforce These Guidelines
We use a combination of AI detection, human moderation, and user reports to enforce our Community Guidelines. Actions depend on the severity and history of violations.

Warning
First-time minor violations may receive an official warning and content removal.

Suspension
Repeated or serious violations result in temporary account suspension (1β30 days).

Permanent Ban
Severe violations (child safety, violence, fraud) result in immediate permanent ban.
If you see content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

- Use the Block button to stop contact from any user
- Email safety@primeliveapp.com for urgent safety concerns
- All reports are anonymous β the reported user will not know who reported them
