- Creator earnings information: payout method details (Binance ID, mobile banking number) for withdrawal processing
- Communications: messages you send to support or other users
Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, app version
- Usage data: features used, time spent, interactions, click patterns
- Log data: IP address, access times, crash reports, error logs
- Location: country-level location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location unless you grant permission)
- Camera and microphone: only accessed when you actively use live streaming, video call, or voice room features
- Firebase Cloud Messaging token: for push notifications
Information from Third Parties
- Google Sign-In: name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account if you choose to sign in with Google

- Service providers: Firebase (Google) for database, authentication, and notifications; Zegocloud for real-time video and audio streaming; Stripe and local payment processors for payments. These providers process data only on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
- Other users: Your public profile information (username, photo, country, follower count) is visible to other users. Your live streams and voice room activity are visible to participants.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
- Business transfers: If Prime Live is acquired or merged, your data may be transferred to the new entity, subject to the same privacy protections.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specific retention periods:
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- Chat messages: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Live stream recordings: Not stored by default. Clips shared by users are retained until deleted
- Transaction records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
- Log and analytics data: Retained for 12 months
- Deleted account data: Removed within 30 days of account deletion request, except where legally required to retain

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

You can delete your Prime Live account and all associated data at any time. Here's how:

- Confirm deletion by entering your password
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days

What gets deleted: Profile, posts, messages, follower data, and all personal information.
What may be retained: Transaction records (legally required), content reported for safety review, and anonymised analytics data.
7. ๐ง Children's Privacy
Prime Live is strictly intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately:
- Suspend the account pending verification
- Delete all associated personal data
- Permanently ban the account if the user is confirmed to be under 18
If you believe a minor has created an account, please report it immediately to safety@primeliveapp.com.
We comply fully with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and have zero tolerance for any content involving minors.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
