Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Make sure you want to delete before confirming. If you just want a break, consider logging out instead.
What happens to my unused Diamonds?
Unused Diamonds are forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be refunded, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Contact support before deleting if you have a significant balance.
What happens to my Beans/pending withdrawal?
Any pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled. If you have earned Beans and wish to withdraw them, please complete the withdrawal before deleting your account.
Will my messages be deleted for other users too?
Messages you sent to others may remain visible to them. Your profile will show as "Deleted User". Chat messages from your account in group rooms will be removed.
Can I use the same email to create a new account?
Yes, after 30 days from the deletion of your old account, you may use the same email address to create a new Prime Live account.
I can't access my account โ how do I still delete it?
Send an email to
