By downloading, installing, or using the Prime Live application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prime Live. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
You may not use Prime Live if you are under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a user under 18 without notice. If you become aware that a minor is using Prime Live, please report it to safety@primeliveapp.com.
By using the Service, you also represent and warrant that:
You must create an account to use most features of Prime Live. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are fully responsible for all content posted and activity conducted through your account. Prime Live is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Diamonds are the in-app purchase currency used to buy virtual gifts for creators. Diamonds are purchased with real money and have no cash value outside of the Prime Live platform.
All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service in addition to ours. For refunds, contact Google Play support or reach out to us at support@primeliveapp.com.
Prime Live allows eligible creators to receive virtual gifts from viewers, which convert to Beans that can be exchanged for real currency.
The Prime Live name, logo, app design, and all related technology are owned by Prime Live and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
You retain ownership of content you create on Prime Live. By posting content, you grant Prime Live a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all content you post, and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
You may delete your account at any time through the app (Settings โ Account โ Delete Account) or by contacting support@primeliveapp.com. See our Account Deletion page for full details.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
In cases of serious violations (e.g., child safety, fraud), we may terminate without notice. For other violations, we will generally provide a warning or temporary suspension first.
If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting support@primeliveapp.com within 30 days of termination.
Prime Live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Prime Live is not responsible for user-generated content posted on the platform. We are not responsible for the actions of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Live and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
